Ladder Training Tips with Ric Jorge

Remember: These are just tips in situations and tools to add into the toolbox. Some of these may be last resort options, but nonetheless, they are options. Use this as a supplement to your hands-on Ladder Training.

Ladder Butting Test
The age  old controversy rages on, butt from the front or the back. 
This video just gives you some info as to which position may withstand more force. Doug Watson came up with an idea using the force meter.
Ultimately Francis L. Brannigan stated it best ... "Never turn your back on the enemy."
